Anna Rohrer Personal Coach and Mentor

My Story
I graduated from Mishawaka High School in Indiana in 2015, ran for the University of Notre Dame for 5 years, and currently run professionally for the Boston Athletic Association. During high school I was a 2x Footlocker National Champion, 2x New Balance National Champion, and 6x State Champion in track and cross country combined. I was an 8x All-American for Notre Dame and hold the school record for the 10K. Now is my time to help YOU break through and reach your next level. Whether hoping to make the varsity squad, working towards a college scholarship, or training to run your first 5K, I am here to help you reach those goals. My mission is to help all runners reach their next level of racing through personalized training plans and mentorship in areas such as nutrition, mental toughness, and overcoming adversity. I want to use my experiences of both injury and success throughout 14 years in the sport to help you reach your full potential and grow your love for your sport.
Services

Strength, Training, and Mentorship:
Description: Initial zoom meeting to create a personalized training plan and strength plan. In addition, we have bi- weekly, small group meetings where I give tips and resources about all aspects that go into becoming a successful distance runner. I find the small group setting provides camaraderie and more knowledge through conversation with others.
Duration: 2 month minimum. Full mentor course is 4 months (8 meetings), with the option to extend an extra month for bonus material

Mentorship only:
Description: Bi-weekly, small group where I give tips and resources about nutrition, hydration, strength training, mental toughness, and racing strategy, etc. I provide athletes with additional educational pieces on weeks we do not meet.

Strength and Training Plan:
Description: This includes an initial questionnaire and phone call or zoom call, followed by a month-to-month personalized training plan and strength plan (if needed).

Phone call or Zoom call:
Description: One on one conversation to answer any specific questions on various aspects of distance running or gain knowledge on the college recruitment process.
